🗑 Deleting your account and data

Smartphone app "Yurucalo" (developer: AndAI Inc.)

You can delete your Yurucalo account and all of your logs at any time from inside the app.

Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open Yurucalo and tap "My Page" at the bottom of the screen
  2. Tap ⚙️ (Settings) in the top right
  3. Under "Data management", tap "Delete account and all data"
  4. Confirm in the dialog

What gets deleted: your meal, weight, and workout logs, your profile, any linked email address, waitlist sign-up, and the account itself (authentication). Both the data on our servers and the data on your device are removed.

If you can't use the app (request by email)

If you can't operate the app (for example, a lost phone), email us at the address below. To verify your identity, please send it from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of verification.

If you never linked an email address (anonymous use), your server data is tied only to an anonymous ID bound to your device. Once you uninstall the app we have no way to identify the account; the data is then kept in a form that cannot identify you and is deleted in due course.

Retention

Logs are kept until you delete your account. After deletion they cannot be recovered. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete synced data on our servers.
